ReturnsMemory Clothes Planner Return PolicyMemory Clothes Planner will gladly accept returns or exchanges of all of our products provided they have not been worn or used. Please see below for more specific information. Unfortunately we are unable to exchange or refund any purchases made through our custom and corporate programs. Memory Clothes Planner will accept the return of any unused product provided that the product was purchased directly from Memory Clothes Planner. Returns that were not originally purchased from Memory Clothes Planner will be issued a credit for exchange on future purchases only. There must be an original invoice number, created by Memory Clothes Planner, associated with the returned product to be considered for full refund. The refund will be made in the form of the original payment. Simply send the product back to Memory Clothes Planner and include a copy of the original invoice or picking sheet and please include all relevant contact information. Returns usually are processed within one week of receiving them. If you are requesting a credit to your credit card, please be aware that it may take up to one full billing period for it to appear on your statement. ExchangesWe will accept any unused Memory Clothes Planner product for an exchange. Simply send your product back to Memory Clothes Planner at the address below and be sure to include a copy of the original invoice or picking sheet if you purchased the item directly from Memory Clothes Planner. If you did not purchase the item directly from Memory Clothes Planner, we will still accept the exchange. In this case, please include a copy of your original receipt. Further, please be sure to clearly state the item for which you want to exchange the product. If you would like to make an exchange for an item of greater value, please include either a check or credit card number to cover the difference. Please be aware that exchanges will be processed as quickly as possible. When making an exchange of goods, please be sure to check on the availability of the desired product at Memory Clothes Planner, although it is our goal to have every product in stock at all times, occasionally backorders do occur.
